We are currently reviewing applications for small home repair projects. While all applications will be considered, approval is not guaranteed and is made on a case-by-case basis depending on available funds.

Our community restoration project seeks to provide repairs that can help people remain in their owner-occupied homes and strengthen the Racine community as a whole. We focus primarily on Latinx but will happily serve any in need.

Projects may include, depending on available funds:

• Plumbing/ Water heaters/ Landscaping/

Yard cleanup/ Siding/ Painting/ Lead remediation

Roofing repairs/ Gutters/ Outside stairs/ Door / Window repairs / replacements/ Handicap accessibility.
